I have licence Team viewer valid til august 2021 but right now, when i login the status trial version, automatically i couldnt remote access my PC. Any idea why ?

It's so confusing. The license is confirmed correctly activated. I hold the certificate that valid until august 2021. Now, you said the license trial is expired. What do you mean about "license trial" ? did I hold the license only for trial ?
@shoerya_adhi Sorry for the confusion in my first reply. According to our system, your TeamViewer account is linked to a trial license that expired on the 15th January. If you have questions around your trial or purchase a license, please contact our sales team.
