Remote access to a computer of a customers account

We need remote access to a customers machine. The customer has a teamviewer login and we have a login. Have can our customer give access to us?

    Hello @hydrometrie,

    If you need to connect to your customer, he needs to give you his TeamViewer ID and his password.

    Once you have them, you can enter his TeamViewer ID in the field Partner ID and click Connect:

    Then, enter the password and press OK.

    You will be connected to your customer.
