I am a private user supporting my aged parents (90 and 87), updates and minor problems. In the past TeamViewer has on several occasions blocked my access saying I am a business and no supporting evidence as our names are the same. They also make it very difficult to request the removal of the block. I like TeamViewer very much and if it were not so expensive I would buy a licence. Does the update mean I am going to loose access on a more regular basis? I don't want to look elsewhere for an alternative but may have to. Access to my parents PC and laptop is important, especially during the current crisis, which makes me wonder why TeamViewer has chosen this time to update their ULA. Can anyone provide me reassurance and put my mind at rest?
Many thanks,
Ken
