Webconnect not working

Greetings

Since Adobe Flash is discontinued, webconnect is not working. In fact it is greyed out in the browser. What is way out to use webconnect please? Thanks

Hi @Jean7 Thanks for the info, I tried it but WebClient is greyed out, can't click on it.

The web client is only available for licensed users. If you are using the free version, you won't be able to use it. This could explain why it is greyed-out.

Hi - I recently upgraded to Paid today in order to use the remote with Web Access and it's still greyed out!! Please help.

@calcsys23 there must be something wrong with your license, then.

I recommend giving our customer support a call. They will be happy to get you back on track.
