Account Blocked For Free User
Ive been a teamviewer user for many years, i used to use it for work about 3 years ago but the account was linked to my macbook. now though i am strictly using this for personal use when at home for access to my plex and other devices. it says i have been blocked with an overdue payment. I have set up a Free account with just 2 devices on it but i believe the mac address or something has been blocked in general even though im no longer using it for business use.
How do i get this unblocked?
If a license that is on payment default has been activated on your Macbook's TeamViewer ID, the only way to resolve this would be the payment of this open invoice.
