Newly Installed TeamViewer 15 cannot support remote control with TeamViewer 10.

I recently installed TV 15 with business license. Previously I had TV 10 with permanent license. The TV 15 install uninstalled TV 10. Now I cannot support established clients with TV 10. What is the solution? Can I install reinstall TV 10 along with TV 15?

Hello @Dave_St,

As long as you are logged in to your TeamViewer account when connecting, you should be able to connect to your TV 10 clients until June 1, 2021.

What error message do you exactly get? Maybe could you share a screenshot?

Thank you for the response @JeanK. I am unable to get a screen shot right now (5 AM in US), but the message was something like "Unable to connect because your partner has an out of date version of TeamViewer." I will verify that I am logged in next time. Does support for TV 10 expire on June 1, 2021?
