This problem is actually similar with this post wherein I was able to connect to the remote computer a few hours ago but when I tried again, I was unable to connect anymore, indicating that the authentication is rejected. I am unsure on what to do as I tried to find solutions like forcibly rebooting the affected computer using another computer on the same network that I can access successfully using TeamViewer, updating TeamViewer to the latest version, or rebooting the remote computer using TeamViewer, but to no avail.
Is there any other way I can solve this problem?
