I paid for Teamviewer Business License on the 1st of February 2021 but up till now I am yet to receive the license or get a feedback on what is actually happening. For the records I must state that Teamviewer does not have an efficient and effective license purchase or renewal process. The website is extremely confusing with no link of contacts or who to relate with in situations of problems. This is extremely disappointing and frustrating. It is like no one is actually in charge procedures and processes.
Please note that the order number is: [The personal info has been removed as per the community guideline.] Please somebody should look into this issue and tell me the way forward as the money has been deducted from my account.
Please I need a prompt action n this.
