I have a computer running Windows XP, and recently found that it is unable to control other computers remotely (reason: unknown). And other computers could not control remotely neither. And the software had mentioned that I need to update. I tried to update from teamviewer 14, but failed.

If you are using the free version, you must use the latest version on both sides of the connection.
