Multiple Users Set up

Hi All!

I have a "management PC" where Teamviewer is installed. I need 5 of my colleagues or "Users" to access that Management PC and transfer a content file from their User PCs. Now, USERx transferred a Prohibited file on the Mgmt PC. I as an admin, needs to know who among the 5 Users transferred it.

Questions are:

1. Can I set up individual accounts on the Mgmt PC TeamViewer to better track at least the last USER who logged or connected to this PC?
2. If yes, how? and what Teamviewer Service can do this?
3. Can I do this using the free version?

What you want to achieve is possible with a TeamViewer license.

With the connection reports, you will be able to see who connected to which computer, all centralized within your Management Console.
