License Export in TV 15.x.x

Hello,

I would like to export license key from TV 15.14.x I see there option of exporting .tvopt file for a newer versions. However exporting of License key is no more shown\included option as it was in version 13.x.x.:

Extra - Options - Advanced - Show advanced - scroll down to: Export Options to a *.reg file, deselect everything and check "Export license key"

I didn`t find anything relevant so how can I export license key for TV 15.14 versions?

Or is there other way how to achieve it?

Hi @Natascha

finally we manage it. It looked that user has not activated TV account as you mentioned previously. Without that device cannot be licensed

It is no longer possible to export the license key via the options.

Please sign in with a licensed TeamViewer account in order to activate your license on your devices. It is necessary to have a license on only one side of the connection.

thank you for your response. Ok so does it meant, if you meant that of course, that user has to login into the TV Management console "login.teamviewer.com/LogOn" to activate other devices.

As per provided link from user it is pointing to login.teamviewer.com/LogOn/actixxxxxxxxxxxxxx. I have checked the Activation steps here in community "community.teamviewer.com/English/kb/articles/4326-how-to-activate-your-license". However user stuck on step 4. as pop-up is not shown which confirms the license.

Could you please point me on where should be a problem?
