How to receive activation license

I have just purchased annual license and the funds have been drawn from my account however I have not received email with activation code. I cannot contact them unless I have a subscription/paid account.

Anyone offer any advice? Have checked Junk folders etc there is no record of an email.

Hi Thanks for your reply... I have just found the payment has been reversed so assume an error on the shopping cart. Will make payment again - fingers crossed. Thanks

I have my receipt and invoice for my purchase but no activation key. Great you guys have my money so Id love to be able to use the subscription.
