I have another personal free account on which I activated 2FA.
I've renewed my PC (crash) and Mobile (new model) recently. My Authentification App does did not transfer the Teamviewer account from one mobile to the other ; as a result Teamviewer security codes cannot be generated.
Even when I try to recover my password, TeamViewer ask me security code, that again I don't have and can't generate.
I'm locked. How can I get this situation solved ?
- Either get again the 2FA Codes beeing generated on my new Android
- or get someone at Teamviewer completely reset the account ?
