Hi,

My team of support staff have recently taken support responsibility for approx. 400 IPhone users - all users are running IPhone SE, IOS 14.4

We can only 'view screen' with these devices and do not have full remote control

Is this a limitation with the devices, or are we missing something?

I have read a few articles on these forums to ensure we are running the 'broadcast' feature/screen recording

Unfortunately, due to firmware restrictions, it is not possible to remote control an iPhone. Only screen sharing is possible here.
