Re-sending activation link?

Hello,

we have purchased a TeamViewer Remote Access license a while back, but the activation link was not used, as the Management Console's login was not working for us in October; now it finally works.

Of course the link has long expired and only sends me to the https://login.teamviewer.com/ website with the error message "The token is invalid."

Is there a way to send a new activation link?

    Could you please confirm that you are using the link in your license activation email? FYI, the subject of this email is Activation of your TeamViewer license and the appropriate activation steps are described in our article below.

    You may also receive the other two emails regarding:

    • validation of your TeamViewer account. If this link has expired, this means that you already have activated your TeamViewer account and you can move forward to the license activation.
    • activation of your customer portal. This link is valid for 48 hours. For more information, please see the following article: TeamViewer Customer Portal.

    Hello again,

    It seems the issue has solved itself.

    The "Activate" button graphic from the activation mail was not visible. I was expecting a simple link. :D

    Now it all worked out and the Remote Access works as intented.

    Why do they not have it so you can re-send the activation email, I am always having problems with this **bleep**.

    Pleas fix it!!!!!!
