I have a laptop in a remote location and while I am at home in my WiFi I can connect with no problem. But as soon as I leave my place and use the mobile network, I can't connect anymore. This stopped working since two days ago, I used it for more than a year just fine. What happened? Am I missing anything?
I tried this from Samsung S20 and Iphone 12 with the same results
