Teamviewer server response problem.

Good morning,

i have the following problem with using teamviewer

a client of mine cannot establish inbound and outbound connections with teamviewer from within his company LAN.

So in the first place we carried out the tests on their firewall, however, with the help of wireshark and also of the technical support of the product vendor, we found that the requests come out clean to the public IPs of teamviewer but I do not return any response from them.

Technical support (Fortinet asked for help to understand what could be causing this behavior).

in light of the fact that the firewall does not block any data flow to the teamviewer servers.

Has anyone ever had a similar situation?

Or would he be able to give some advice?

    Hello @produceict,

    I recommend to the license holder to submit a ticket to our customer support and attach the logs of the affected devices, so our engineers may have a closer look at them.
