How do I start a remote session on a chromebook

I downloaded the TeamViewer Management Console but do not see an option for a remote session.

I made the connection using Host. I can see the Chromebook's screen but I can't control anything.

Hello @BSSJASTeam,

For Chromebooks on the receiving side, you need to install either the QuickSupport for Android or the Host for Android.

To make outgoing connections from a Chromebook, you need to install the TeamViewer for Chrome OS app.
