Hi!
I just spoked to a Woman in the support team and she helped me to cancel my Purchase of my Business license.
And she sent me a mail and told me to "confirm" the cancellation of the purchase.
I just replied the mail I've got from her with "I confirm."
Have I done it in the correct way? Or should i confirm the cancellation in any other way?
And how many days does it usually get before I get the money back?
