Setting up remote access on new Imac

My client has a new Imac. I have full access and the button to start Teamviewer with system is checked. But his computer still goes to sleep and then I loose access unless he is there to wake it. What am I missing? I know Mac’s are extra secure but it worked on his old Mac. Please help. Thanks.

You need to make sure the sleep mode does not "kill" the internet connection.

If it does, there is no possibility to reconnect, unless you have activated the Wake-On-LAN feature:
