Is it possible to purchase a version where I centrally create a list of my company's teamviewer clients and a list of admins from among the clients. By admins, we mean a client who connects to another client without confirmation from him.

Goals:

1-I see and control all connections included in the corporate plan,

2-I instantly grant admin rights and cancel admin rights for any user.

1) Connecting without confirmation from the remote side is possible with any TeamViewer license.

You simply need to connect via Easy Access.

I have to assign a password on each remote device, is that right? In case the admin is fired, the password must be changed on each remote device. So I understood from the article.

Is another approach possible: I have registered accounts, at the level of 'my' server I assign admins and client machines controlled by them. The administrator's access to the machine does not require confirmation. The person left, his account is closed. There is no need to deal with each password separately. Is it possible?

Yes, in case of staff change, changing the unattended access password is highly recommended.

That's not my question. I am interested in the possibility of allowing / denying access without confirmation from a single workplace. I assume this will happen without connecting to remote locations. I just assign lists of registered jobs and specify who can connect to other remote locations without confirmation. If a person no longer works in the status that allows connection without confirmation, I simply change the settings of his account. Then everything happens according to the new settings.

Is it possible? Or am I still doomed to the routine replacement of compromised passwords across all 1231 remote workstations?

If they connected with their account via confirmation, there is indeed no need to deal with each password.

However, again, we recommend using Easy Access.

Thanks for the clarification.

In this case, the best option for you would be to apply an allowlist on your devices.

With this allowlist, you will be able to manage very easily who is allowed and who is not allowed to connect to your devices.

If a staff member leaves the company, you simply can remove him from the allowlist and that's it.
