Remote control and access license requirements

Dear Team,

I would like to know whether we need to have licenses on both the computers to access remotely, because I have one computer with licensed version and when one of my colleague tries to use that computer from overseas should he also require a licensed version?

Thanks for your prompt response

If my colleague who doesn't have license and when he tries to access and control the computer with the license from a different country , it times out and application closes in few minutes.

What could be the possible reason for this?

Hmm - Two things I´d check firstly:

Is the licensed account logged in on the other account so that the software recognizes the license?

Is the license valid for the TeamViewer version installed?
