Can't Wake up my iMac

I can't wake up my iMac (Catalina 10.15.3) using my mobile phone's application.

If the iMac is running up then I can access with the application but if it is in Sleep mode then the application on the mobile phone shows me the "Power on" option for that computer but pressing it hasn't any effect and the iMac keeps on that mode.

I have checked the Preferencies of the iMac and the Team Viewer application to accept Wake-on-Lan but no result.

Hello @plutomon,

Once WOL is enabled in TeamViewer, The "Power on" is always displayed, regardless if the setup has been done correctly or not.

Therefore, it could be that the WOL is not correctly set up on your device.
