I am a long time free Team Viewer user with 99% of its use to help my 85 year old mother with her computer use. I recently updated my Team Viewer software and now can only get to the part of signing in where it says "initializing" and it stops or can't connect my mother and I online. Please help. I almost have never had a problem for years.
