License key didn't arrive

I bought a license some 10 hours ago and still haven't received a key. I need immediate access to the app, and I find it even offensive to charge a fortune for such a disjointed service.

For crying out loud is any employee even aware of the forum?? How is it possible to be this inefficient on a payed platform, my goodness.
