I write it here due to the lack of communication and replies to my emails.
The past year, after several years working with your software, and due to the problems in my job related to the pandemic, I didn't need it anymore so I canceled my TeamViewer user account thinking in good faith that this procedure would also cancel my current TeamViewer license because in fact, after canceling my user account I was not able to use it anymore.
To my surprise, a few days ago I have received a license renovation invoice, trying to bill me a service that I don't need and that I can't even use due to the lack of a user account. You should be aware that your platform makes possible the user's account cancelation without further notice about what happens with the license, so you are trying to charge for a service that you can't provide.
I want to know what are my chances about this issue. I don't need your software anymore, so paying another year for it makes no sense to me. Hopefully, perhaps at some point in the near future, I may need to use TeamViewer again, it is a great software, but not now. I hope you could kindly cancel this invoice, that now means big financial troubles to me.
In any case, I'm also worried about two issues:
1) Even if I pay this bill against my will, renewing my TeamViewer license for another year, how I'm going to be able to use it without my user account? Can I recover the account to continue working with TeamViewer?
2) What is the procedure to canceling once and forever both my account and the license to don't have this problem again next year?
I hope to receive a prompt reply to these issues. I've sent several emails in spanish the past days without notice so far. The lack of responses to my emails is pissing me.
