Recently purchased software and received only Invoice via email. No License key to activate the service. Where and How to obtain it?

Once you have purchased a license from our webshop or sales team on the phone, we will send an email with an activation link to a registered email address.
If you have not received an activation link yet:
For a customer who purchased a Business, Premium, or Corporate license, please call our support team directly. Please make sure that you have your invoice number with you when calling so our support team will be able to give you an activation link to the registered email address.
For a customer who purchased a Remote Access license, you are not able to call our support team directly, so instead please send the registered email address and invoice number via private message so I can create a support ticket for you.
