Hallo,

Can support pls resend the activation link for Museum Engelandvaarders.

**Information removed as per Community Guidelines**

I still get the message "Gratis licentie" and at the moment I cannot use teamviewer anymore.

The licence in from october 2020 and still not activated.

Though I did receive an email asking me to confirm my account (which I did) I believe I never received an invoice with an activation link. So I have no invoice number, though I have an "order number [removed per Community Guidelines]" and also an "order comerm" which was included in my "Your TeamViewer order confirmation" email, received in June when I paid $300 for the subscription.

I am not getting what I paid for, as TV routinely kicks my partner offline, asserting we are using the product for business purposes. Please advise ... How do I remedy this frustrating situation?

We are unable to affect or provide direct support in licensing and invoicing issues here in the community, for security purposes.

If you have a Business, Premium, or Corporate license, please call our support team directly. Please make sure that you have your invoice number with you when calling so our support team will be able to give you an activation link to the registered email address.

If you have a Remote Access license, you are not able to call our support team directly, so instead please send the registered email address and invoice number via private message so I can create a support ticket for you.
