Thanks for your post, and welcome to the TeamViewer Community!

When a licensed user signs in with their account into the TeamViewer application, this marks a device as commercial. For a commercial connection, the license is required on at least one side of the connection.

In your use case, where the client needs to connect to the licensed user, as long as the licensed user is logged in when the client connects there should be no issue.
