Hi, we added a second business license to our account in order to have 2 connection channels allowed.
But we are still limited to 1 channel.
Is there any settings/activation that we have to do?

Yes, Business licenses are for single users.
Therefore, the second Business license needs to be activated on a separate TeamViewer account:
