I'm having this issue with my remote machine. Team viewer works fine but whenever I get the warning message from Windows (the one that blacks out the screen with the alert) for installing software. I get a complete black screen and can't see anything except my mouse cursor. I've tried pressing enter, esc and alt tab. Eventually it goes away but it's really annoying to have to go visit my remote machine everyone I need to install software
