How can I cancel a subscription? We still paying without using your services. Last payment at 20/3/2021.
We do not have credentials to log in to the specific account because the account open from an employee who is not working with us and he has enabled the auto-renewal.
We would like to cancel this account and refund the money because as you can see you are not using Teamviewer,
