"Your partner Rejected Your Request"

Hi

I have login my account on my pc and notebook. when I use my pc to connect the pc on my contacts list (grant easy access), it works fine. However when I use my notebook to connect, it will say "Your partner rejected your connection request". My notebook's teamviewer is new version and also I try to sign out and login again. Still get same problem. I don't know why have this problem and how to solve this problem.
