On friday I got a quotation from Teamviewer.
I pressed the link and bought a Teamviewer licence. And got a thank you mail stating that I would get an activation mail.
No mail received and today I called sales 3 times, a lot of promises, but still no activation.
Do others experience the same 'service'? Or is it only sales and is the support better?
