Did not receive my license

Yesterday I paid for a license.


My debit card was charged, but when I try to activate the license using the link from the activation email, I'm getting: "The entered license is invalid".


I wasted several hours trying to get in touch with your support team. I finally was able to figure out that without an active license it's impossible to create a support ticket or request a refund or whatever. The web chats on your website are simply bots that do not help with anything.


Either give me the license or refund my money.


THIS IS THE WORST SUPPORT EXPERIENCE I'VE HAD IN YEARS.
