I am having trouble getting my Friend's Computer to Grant easy Access from the Remote Control Window. I believe part of the issue is TeamViewer is not running in the Background on her Computer. How do I fix that and why will it not Grant Easy Access while Teamviewer is running. She is in my Computers and Contacts and it says Easy Access is granted.?
