Finding the correct email to My Account

I keep getting this message..

"Your account is currently assigned to a company. As a result, you cannot activate a Remote Access license on it. Please use another account for the activation."

I have purchased a 3 x Remote Access account but cannot get access to it. How can I login to the account please?

I have tried using my email address, however I get the message above.

So how do I find out which email is associated with my purchase?

In this case, please read the following article in order to activate your license:

Please make sure that you delete the company profile from your account first in order to be able to activate your license. The instruction is in the above article.
