Teamviewer Premium, no access to management console

Hi,

My company recent bought teamviewer premium with some addons, and I activated the account. I can log into our Customer Portal just fine, see invoices and whatnot - and also see that our teamviewer premium is active. However, when I log into the Teamviewer management console it shows my account as Free. Attempts to "join company" has been unsuccessful, and both management console and teamviewer shows my account as "Free". What am I missing? :-)
