I cannot connect my 2 computers together even though they are ready to connect ... prompting check check the internet connection

This message means that one of the devices is not able to communicate with our servers.
Please restart TeamViewer on both devices and try again.
Thank you for the response. Actually I even was able to send message from each computer to the other but remote control was not working. Both computers are mine in front of me …. they are connecting to the same internet but the remote is not working
