Luoteis-Helsingin Musiikkiopisto (Luhmo) has purchased a TeamViewer lisence. Not he person, who had registered and uset the licence past over and the userID is regeistered with his private email accout (personal information removed). I do not have TeamViewier client password and no access to his email. It is not possible to take the license in use.'
I try to settle the IT-matters of Luhmo. Fortunatelly I have his new PC and therefore I could sign in this site.
I have 2 questions:
- How I can change the registration email
- Hoe I can reset the password.
The best e-mail address would be a generic email address (does not exist yet, I will ask to create it)
