I purchased a commercial license, received the order confirmation email, but not the license activation email. My account still shows up as free and I cannot use the benefits of the commercial license that I paid for. How to resolve this??

The license activation email only arrived the next day, ~16 hours after the purchase. I could activate the account in the end, however I am shocked it had to be this complicated and take this long. Thank you for getting back to me @JeanK
