teamviewer not operating

Hi, I would control a remote PC with installe Teamviewer 14 on WIN XP . All the messages are : online, the version is updated and so on but the message on an ANDROID app or an other PC with WIN10 is : Imppossible to connect". Has someone an answer? thanks and regard Mario

    If you are using the free version, you must update your TeamViewer clients to the latest version.

    Note: If your hardware is not compatible with the latest version, there is nothing we can do to make the free version work. We thank you in advance for your understanding.

    As Windows XP does not support the latest TeamViewer version, using the free version won't be working in this scenario.
