We have a pc which we can not login without account. Its possible to login with my company account but client can not acces to pc via teamviewer . What could be reason?

Could you describe a little more what issues your client is facing when trying to connect to this PC?
Any error message or relevant screenshots you might be able to share?

if i try to login to PC with my licensed account, its fine but if i try with free version than i recieve that "" connection failed "" message
I recommend restarting the TeamViewer service on your computer.
If this does not solve the issue, you will need to restart the TeamViewer service on the remote computer as well.
