Change email for license purchase

Our license was purchased under the wrong email due to a typo. Now, we cannot access any of the information, such as verification emails, passwords resets, etc… because everything is being sent to this wrong email. Can someone from the support team help me with this issue? I need to get the email that the purchase was listed under corrected in the system in order to login and even submit a ticket. Please advise ASAP.
