I had an overdue invoice that got my account blocked.
I have now paid that invoice but my account continues to be blocked.
I tried checking if the invoiced had not been paid correctly but it seems to have gone through just fine (when I input invoice number to pay it can't find anything).
I tried what I saw on another community post about re-activating my license but that also did not work.
I would appreciate some help on getting my teamviewer to work once again since I will be needing to work from home in the near future.
