hi,

I lost my Authenticator - softvare in ma Mobile, and nou ai cant use MFA with login procure...

What can i do ?

Can you deactivate the MFA in my account ?

as a free user you can create a new TeamViewer account with a second email address. In case you have a TeamViewer license, please reach out to our Support for assistence. Please find a link to the support via the community top menu --> Service --> Contact
