Problems with the remote control license

Hello,
I've set up my license account, which appears as active in the teamviewer web, but once i use the my email and password to log into the teamviewer software, it keeps on showing as a free licence instead of my new control license.
So It does not work
Can anybody help me out?

I confirm that your license is not activated. You need to activate your license by following this guide:
