Can not activate Paid account. Still using Free Version

support hung up on me twice now hour wasted.
I have a paid account since OCT 20. It still says free account. I DO NOT have an activation email. i only have the license email with my Key on it. I cant even open a ticket on this website. not my day
Please help me activate my paid account
