TeamViewer Management Console cannot see any client computers

Hi,

We used below command to install TeamViewer to our Windows 10 64bits and Windows Server 2016 64bits client computers. TeamViewer is installed and operational on the client computer but we cannot see any clients from the TeamViewer Management Console.

The console is showing "No matching computers or contacts founds". I launch the TeamViewer on the client computer and enter the Your ID from the console to search for the client with no success.

Below is the install command we use to deploy the TeamView application on the client computer. The CUSTOMCONFIGID and the APITOKEN is not the real characters for security reason.

msiexec.exe /i "TeamViewer_Host.msi" /qn CUSTOMCONFIGID=xxxxxx APITOKEN=yyyyyy-abcdefg7sdfhshjfhjgjjdm ASSIGNMENTOPTIONS="--grant-easy-access --reassign"

What port is TeamViewer using to communicate with the client computers? Does anyone have and idea why it cannot find any client computers.
