Licence not recieved after payment.

Purchased a license on the 5th of may 2021 and did not receive follow up emails to activate.

I would like to cancel this order and request a refund but I cannot submit a ticket as I didn't receive a license number to access the customer portal.

What is it with this company? I paid a full year and its been 10 days and no activation link to get rid of the "Free" subscription. No way to message support without having to call in and be on hold for an hour.

Anyone have any suggestions on getting in touch with someone to send me an activation link?
